We would like to thank Dan Cunningham and the staff at Honda East Toledo for another successful show. We had 43 sleds displayed, 18 different brands spanning from 1946 to 2010, and 19 displayers from Michigan, Indiana, and Ohio.

We had three classes this year including Best in Show, Best Custom, and the Dick Mitchell Memorial for Most Unusual.

Congradulations go to our winners
Best in Show - Doug Bolfa, Genoa, OH - 1975 Arctic Cat El Tigre` Z 340

Best Custom - Don Tilse, Delta, OH - 2010 Arctic Cat Z1 Turbo with a 3 wheel conversion kit

Dick Mitchell Memorial for Most Unusual
- Brando Benvenuto, Monroe, MI - 1979 Yamaha ET 300 Chassis with a Polaris 650 Engine

Thanks to all the participants and spectators who came out for a beautiful day of sleds and sled talk. Hope to see everyone next year.

We would like to thank the staff at
Luckies Barn & Grill for having us on
Sat. Feb 2nd. We had a nice turn out and we
were happily invited back next year so those of you who didn't have a chance to make it this year will have a space saved for you next year. The photos are posted on the Photo Gallery page for you to enjoy.
Also would like to thank Alan Miller Jewelers,
DZ Motorsports, and K-100 for helping out.

Thanks to Dan Blaney and the folks from the ISA for having us at the Winter Snow Show at the Porter County Fair & Expo Center in Valpraiso, IN. We had a vintage display of about 20 sleds and a good selection of swap stuff. We also had a good amount of spectators walk through and enjoy the vintage display, got to talk to alot of interesting people, found out some information on a couple sleds we had displayed. Signed up a couple new members. Hope to have even more sleds and swappers next year.

Thanks to John's Performane in Carey, OH for having us there again. This year was his 30th anniversary for business in that location, and we would like to congradulate him on his success. Hope everyone who attended had a great time and looking forward to being there again next year.

I want to thank Dan and the staff at Honda East for continuing this great addition to NorthWest Ohio, and hope to keep this a new tradition. Our 2nd annual Honda East show was another success. We had near 60 sleds this year. We had also added another trophy, "Most Unusual Sled", in memory of Dick Mitchell who we had lostback in January of this year. He mentioned to Dan about having this different class, that I have never seen at any other show, and it went with great success. Hope to see more great people and more awsome looking sleds next year, plans for the next show are already on thier way.
Picture's are posted in the photo gallery with this years winners and some event photos, check them out.

A big thanks to the staff at the Bronson for all that they do for us. We had a great time as always there and would like to see more show sleds there next year. We would like to see this show get bigger next year. We had some really nice sleds there as always so lets keep up the good work. Pictures from the show will be posted in the photo gallery. Once again thanks to the Bronson staff for thier hospitality.

Had an awsome time in Hope, MI at the Erskine Marine Vintage Show & Swap. A big thanks to Pat Erskine and Doug Lubahn for inviting us up there. Looked to be 50+ sleds on display and around 50+ swappers. Plenty of stuff there to buy, I know I found some great deals myself and hope others did to. We have pictures from the show posted in the photo gallery. Again we had a great time and we will be there again next year.

Had a great time at our summer show and swap meet this year in North Webster, IN at the fairgrounds. We had about 10 swappers, around 20 or so show sleds, and for everyone who attended just want to say "Thank You!". A lot of fun was had by all participants and attendies. Another successful show in our books and we can now start plans for our winterfestival on Feb 9-10, 2013.

Congradulations to Sue Ann Mitchell, she won the 50/50 cash drawing held Monday July 30th. The 50/50 was a fund raiser for the club so a big thanks is in store to everyone who purchased tickets. Would like to also thank everyone you helped to get the tickets sold. Hope to have another successful drawing next year also.

Here is a place everyone needs to visit this year. It is run by our own Dan Blaney and is right now the only antique snowmobile museum in Indiana.

It is located on State St. in Morocco, IN and is open M - F 8am to 5pm.

Phone numbes are posted in the picture if anyone is interested give him a call, go check it out, and have a great time.

If you have any questions or inquiries, please feel free to email us at
ivsaclub@aol.com and we will get your answers taken care of.

I am very sad to announce that on Monday morning we lost one our club founders.

He will surely be missed by us all. Our thoughts now are with Sue Ann and the family and lets keep them in our prayers.

Those of us who were at the Toledo, OH show will certainly remember this man as very "into the sport" as anyone could be. This is a picture that I had taken and says everything I remember about him. He will always be with us at the shows.

Whenever you here the thunder in the sky that will be him riding his sled on the clouds.
